Kerry Ray King (born June 3, 1964 in Los Angeles, California) is an American lead andrhythm guitarist. He is best known as the rhythm guitarist and cofounder of American thrash metal band Slayer. He co-founded the band with Jeff Hanneman in 1981 and has been a member ever since. He has also made guest appearances with acts including the Beastie Boys, Marilyn Manson, Pantera, Ice-T, Witchery and Megadeth. As a musician, he is known for playing B.C. Rich guitars with Marshall amplifiers.
