WGN-TV chief meteorologist Tom Skilling tries to capture the forming funnel cloud on his phone while driving on Hwy 11 near town of Wakita, Grand County, Oklahoma, Monday. Wakita is where the movie "Twister" filmed their F4 tornado devastation.
